AR3/C cutting ring was designed and tested with the aim of offering to customers a specific, simplified product.

AR3/C ring is provided with a vulcanised rubber sealed washer at its axial end on the head side and an O-ring gasket placed in an annular recess at the rear, assuring total tight seal.

So far welding nipples often have been employed in metallurgical industry and in construction of cranes and elevators, off-shore facilities and
heavy-duty farming machines, but now RR-FORM® system replaces welding with a faster and more reliable method.

RR-FORM® SYSTEM AND AR3-FORM® GUARANTEES

• EASY ASSEMBLING: the new sealing ring AR3-FORM® eliminates time-consuming operations to make sure that the ring cuts into the tube
• ABSOLUTE SEALING: new sealing ring AR3-FORM® assures perfect tightness by the elastometric gasket that fills the space between tube and 24°-taper during the clamping procedure
• AUTOMATIC TIGHTENING LIMIT: contact between AR3-FORM® ring and fitting body because of the nut tightening effect compels the operator to stop tightening
• CUTTING RING FITTINGS INTERCHANGEABILITY: new AR3-FORM® rings perfectly interchange like all the other sealing rings with one cutting edge or two cutting edges used on 24° tapered fittings DIN 2353 /ISO 8434-1

Rastelli Raccordi constant research and technological innovation allowed the realization of a new version of banjos TN111: the seal system has been renewed in version TN111K-GG by displacing the seal in the inner of ring in order to avoid extrusion problems in assembly, disassembly and orientation phase and to reduce considerably the support surface necessary for a perfect seal.

We innovated also the seal system in the version TN111K by the introduction of the opposite engraving ring.

TD 88 ring gives the maximum reliability and security in heavy load hydraulic installations.

TD 88 ring’s double–edged increases the resistance to vibrations and to impulses.

The incision of the new edges on the tube also permits to enhance slipping resistance
