High precision universal joint, complying according with DIN 808/7551.
Every execution is made by 2 hubs with forks and a central block.
Between pins and bores there are:
- P series: 4 bearings with solid pins
- E series: with sliding bushes
- H series: with needle roller bearings
In the central blocks of P and E series there are the holes for the lubrication.
For the H series (high-speed applications) no lubrication is needed, because the roller bearing are maintenance free.
P series joints is designed for high precision and lifetime applications.
Every execution can be supply with extensible shaft.
Universal joint available executions
P series universal joint with bearings and solid pins for High wear resistance and precision. In according with DIN 808.
Joints with sliding bushes are available in 2 versions:
- Type “E” to DIN 808, type “EB” to DIN 808/7551
- Type “ER” with quick release
Type “H” are with roller bearings. Available in 2 versions:
- Type “H” to DIN 808, type “HB” to DIN 808/7551
- Type “HR” with quick release
Stainless steel joints. Max. temperature 200 °C. In according with DIN 808.
It is possible to supply, custom joints with turning, milling, internal and/or external drilling, special
lengths and tolerances on request.
